K ALLLLL, this is a continuation (sp) of the x-men thread from here, just that i have gotten comments of how it would be nice to have a new thread so new users can join too...well i guess i can start. p.s. Renegade i guess, nomad wont be around for a while, so i may allow him to have to go on a trip or something, i cant handle talking to myself with him and me... NOMAD you are very welcome to continue posting, i love to post with you, just post when you can, and i will try to fill you in where it needs it.

Abilities: ability to morph into lava, control over lava elements, ability to shape shift into anything or form anything from lava, extreme heat, internal healing factor as well as ability to heal. kickboxing, and minimal telekenesis.
weakeneses: guys..teehee..nevermind that. seriously, after 'un' morphing back to human form, i faint so my body can rejuvenate

I'm gonna use my character from the Superhero League thread started by Weapon X. Here is his bio:

Name: Renegade

Attire: Black leather shirt that has long sleeves that reach to his wrists. Has a grey 'R' on his shirts chest. Black leather finger gloves. Black leather pants and boots. He has a grey 'R' on the sides of his boots. Doesnt have a secret identity so he wears no mask on his face. Often wears a black jacket.

Powers: He was born with these powers. Is exceptionaly fast and agile but not as fast as say The Flash. Is a street fighter and can defend himself in hand-to-hand combat. Has heightened sight that allows him to see better then most people. Can climb walls and dissapear into shadows. Can also teleport from one shadow to another. Can jump extremly high lengths. Can fire dark energy beams from his body, mostly from his hands and eyes.

Physical Appearance: He is about 6'1, 21, short dark hair, brown eyed, and is slim but muscular.

Personal things: An orphaned male who had been in hiding for a long time. He's basicly a loner type of character. He is not yet a member of the X-Men school. He will barely be joining when I post him into the thread.

Nightray, I'm not gonna lie. You do still need some work on your spelling but I must say that it has gotten ALOT better from your earlier posts. Good job.

Kanyn suffers from the genetic disorder called Albinoism, and shows all the signs of the disorder: Milky white hair, pale skin, and crimson eyes.

Muntant Abilities:
Kanyn has the ability to accelerate an objects kenetic energy making the object become unstable and explosive. His powers are much like that of the muntant known as Gambit, the only difference being that Kanyn's "charging" ability stems from his eyes and not his touch.{For all the Gambit fans out there this should be familiar as when Gambit first appeared his powers came from his eyes not his fingertips}
Kanyn also seems to be extremely agile almost to the point of being cat-like.

{Now with this aside lets have some fun}

~Kanyn pulls his shades off and folds them up as he looks through the gates of the compond and into the school. 'So is is the famous Xavier Institute? This is where they teach people like me to hone their "abilities" to better the way of life for both mutants and humans alike?' he thinks as the gates open up as if he was expected. Pulling his backpack up higher on his shoulder, Kanyn walks through the opened gates and heads up to the mansion, his eyes looking around the grounds seeing his new classmates running around here and there, some searching for friends while others franticaly search for their classrooms. Dodging a few passerbys, fe makes it to the front doors, his hand resting on the doorknob. Self Doubting thoughts race through his mind, not unlike the thoughts that run through every newbie's mind hes sure, and with a deep breath he gathers his strength and opens the door knowing once within his life will be changing~

~A freindly voice greets him as he closes the door behind him, and he turns to see the face that accompanies the voice~

"Hey Sugah, welcome to the Xavier Institue. Lemme guess, youre here to enroll right?"

~Kanyn was taken back at first, then smiled his brattish smile having heard about this southern bell who had a certain touch no guy could forget~

"You're Rogue right?"

"That's me hon, do you have a name?"

"Kanyn...Pleasure to meet you."

"Well Kanyn, let me take you to meet the professor so you can at least get your dorm room and schedual and maybe, if ya lucky you'll get to one of your classes before the day's over"

(OH NO I FORGOT, i am 5'11", age 19, Long burgundy hair, burgundy eyes, taut limbs and adorns soft brown leather pants, a white shirt, a small pendant madeof a piece of continually glowing lava, and black leather boots. on my shoulder is usually some sort of animal, or course always made of lava)

back to the story...
having just found my room, and being slightly annoyed at the abundance of snooping people, i walk out into the lobby with a tiny bird on my shoulder. i have decided i am going to attend a few classes. maybe try out this practice area that everyone talks about. looking down at a newspaper as i walk into the main hall i smack head first into a very tall man in front of me. falling backwards onto the floor, i open my eyes and see that im staring at the ceiling. "what the....." is all i mumble as i try to get up. "im sooooo sorry" i apologize profusely to the man who i bumped into. he appears to be very pale, but it suits him. he doesnt even appear to be shaken or have moved an inch from where i bumped into him, i hurtled across the room and he stayed put. "sir, i am so terribly sorry, i should have watched where i was going." i say as i dust off my pants and the bird returns to my shoulder. as i rub my head where we collided i noticed another very darkly clad man enters the door, he seems to be new too (Renegade that's you). i bend down to pick up the few things that are askew across the floor. still flushed from embarassment for making such a bad impression on the gentleman, i just stand there, not knowing what to do.

Kanyn says as he offers the girl who collided with him his hand, and helps dust her off. Ntcing the things on the floor, he helps collect them for her too.

"Guess I should have watched where I was going too. Im Kanyn Pullen...and you are?"

Kanyn looks to Rogue who just smiles at him,then back to the girl.

"Im new here, what is it like in this place?"

Just then another new person enters the Mansion. Seems this place is always getting new batches of people with "special" abilities.

offering my hand, i noticed he was sweet enough to help me get my books and papers off the floor, .....even sweet enough to dust me off. i laugh cause it tickles. "im gaia, apparently new here, " my eyes are drawn to the other man talking to rogue, i nod in recognition and smile. im ussually quite reserved but i figured i better make some friends. "um, i havent been here long but i do however know that there practice lab is supposed to be wonderful, and right now my body is aching to be excercised," saying a bit louder so the other gentleman, who just finished getting a key and some papers could hear too. " maybe we all could check out the practice area," giggling as the bird on my shoulder climbs atop my head and begins to stretch.

Her hair is very strong. She is capable of lifting an average sized person with her hair.
She has also studied Tai Chi and various forms of martial arts. She is an A grade student and is quite serious making it hard for her to make friends since she's rather shy as well.

I wolk up to the school not nowing whot to exepect. I nock on the door it opins and I see nowone a vois in my head ses com in. I wolk in and see 2 boutiful wemen and a man. Talking they look at me. I'm cerful not to stun them when they look in to my eyes. The vois ses you can trust them. I say back maybe we'll see. The vois ses you hav to start trusting agen not evry budy whonts to use you. I say maybe.

... walks out into the hall and notices a stranger following Rogue towards Professor Xavier's office. Another new student, they were coming in so much more frequently now. She noticed some of the other students chatting further down the hall and another stranger... although in fact they were mostly strangers to her. She looked down quickly so as not to catch anyone's eye accidentally. She carried her text books close to her chest and hurried outside to her favorite spot beneath a Cherry tree outside near the back gardens.

Once there she placed her books on a nearby bench and calmed herself. She was wearing a pair of denim cut-offs and a tight white tank top that showed off her lithe figure beautifully. She was completely unaware of this fact as she started the slow dance like movements of the Tai Chi form.

Ok I want my guy to be the mistaken villian to start out just so we can have someone to fight for now.

IC: Quickly I ran with all I had to try and get as far away from them as I could. I think I had lost them but could never be to sure. Things were to dangerous for me to stay out on the streets with the others looking for me.

Nearly out of breath I see a mansion far off that looks big enough to hide in for the night. Charging forword with my super speed I leap far over the gate and land in the bushes. Looking around I could see that this was the perfect place to hide in for the night.

Teleporting from one shadow to the other so that I wouldn't trip any alarms(a place this nice had to have some kind of alarm system)I end up behind the mansion next to the pool. Walking around I peek into a window to see that the place was full of other people.

Maybe this wasnt such a good idea but if the others found me then it wouldnt matter either way.

OOC: Who are the guys after me? Well thats just a little something to help set up some possible villians to fight later on. Also even though my Renegade on this thread is the same as the one on the Superhero League thread it is not the same character. Meaning that they are the same physicly but dont have the same backgrounds or history.

I finde my room it's just whot I wonted away from evry budy and no room mate. I don't have any classes yet. He sed I need to start trusting peapil ferst so I'm to go make som frends eser sed then dun. I put my stuf away and hed out side to hav a look around. once outside I tern wolf (hers how i look as a wolf I'm black and I'm very hard to see wen in the shadows I stand about 5'5 at the sholder) and start troting from shadow to shadow sensing somone snecking and hiding from somthing. I don't proso becous I would most likly fritin him. So I just kepe looking around. Nowing xaver probebly alredy nows hes her. I cum to a grove of trees and chang back to man form and jump up in to the branch is and sit ther whoching as pepal cum and go. Feling lonlynes beld and push it aside like I do wheth evry other emoshon that hits me.

Keeping to the shadows to stay hidden I need to find a spot to take a nap. It's been three days since I've gotten any sleep and I've been on the run most of that time. Needing some rest I realised I was more sloppy then usual with my stealth movements. Actualy I'm pretty sure one student had seen me but didnt do anything for some reason.

Finding a spot behind some trees I sit down for a moment to get some rest when I noticed an asian looking woman doing some type of slow dancing movements. As I watch her, the memorys of the others floud through my head. I was happy there at one point but the killings were to much for me and I had to leave. And now they would spend there life trying to find me and catch me. One day they would catch me and on that day I'm affraid I will die.

Looking back at the asian woman, I see how at peace she looks and wish that for once I could be like that again. That was the last thought I had before I fell asleep in the bushes behind the trees.

Silk sensed someone nearby as she neared the end of her Tai Chi movements. She was wary but figured she would be quick enough to defend herself if whoever it was attacked. She noticed that he or she remained hidden and so she finished her sequence before turning towards the bushes where she last sensed the presence.

Tilting her head to the side she carefully approached and peeked through the foliage. A figure was lying there. A man. She bit her bottom lip thoughtfully, unsure what to do. He didn't look like a student, at least not one she remembered, but then again, there had been a lot of new arrivals. Still, a student wouldn't be sleeping in the bushes as if hiding would they?

She crept forward slowly, suddenly wondering if the man was hurt. She reached out to touch him and instantly found her wrist caught painfully in his hand. She winced but she didn't cry out. His intense eyes caught her own and they sat staring at each other until she winced again at the tight grip on her wrist. "Sorry..." he said gruffly letting her go carefully. Silk rubbed her wrist while still watching him silently. "Are... are you hurt?" She asked tentitavely.

as my little bird atop my head stretchrs, the door opens and it flys away, yelling for it to come back, i curse under my breath, "will you excuse me, damn thing." i say to kanyn, apologies are shown in my eyes, and i notice that rogue is showing the man to his room, i dart off after the bird, pushing open the door, and making a mad dash . the bird lands on a tree, i put my hands up in the air, and collapse on the grass, laughing at god knows what, probably making a fool of myself. i morph myself into my lava/human form and morph into a hawk. i fly around the tree searching for my lava clad friend, i almost run into a man sleeping beneath the tree, and to avoid hitting him, i land with a thud on a branch, unable to keep my balance i fall to the grass, when i finally hit the floor i unmorphed from the bird form and back into lava/human form. i notice the man staring at me.

i grab the lava babe and roughly kiss her forcing my tongue in.
ooc: did i mention this nomad is a semi-bad chracter, he enjoys causing pain.

Looking around to see if anyone else was there I answered "No I'm not hurt. Sorry if I hurt you."

Rubbing her wrist she said "It's ok, you were just startled. What's your name?"

Pausing for a moment, I didnt know what to tell her. The only name I ever knew was the code name I was given by the others. Well I guess that's what I had to tell her "I dont have a real name. Just a name I got awhile back. So I guess you should call me: Renegade."

Looking at her she didnt seem to be confused by that much(remember he doesnt know the others are mutants too). Before I can say anything else another woman walks over to us. This one has red hair and looks like she knows the asian woman.

Just then I get sucker punched before I see what is going on! Not being able to see who hit me I roll out of the way to avoid any further attacks for the moment.

i was sent here to claim renegade, but had reservations about him, well not so much reservations as an intense hatred of the bastard, he once showed me up with his skill and have chased him ever since he left. i quickly grab his waist and drag him along past the gate...

Being draged by Nomad past the gates, I tried to get loose but was to weakened from being on the run for so long. It looked like this was it and I was theres.

No! I had to fight back. Using the last of my strength left I created a small explosion of black energy that fired from all directions from my body. One of the beams hit Nomad in the back of the head which freed me from his grip long enough to get some distance between the two of us.

Looking back at the two girls I was hoping that no harm would come to them as I prepared to battle Nomad.

"What the hell!?" Silk gasped as she noted Renegade and Nomad facing each other off.

"Lava... do you know that man?" She asked nodding towards the man who had just kissed Lava. Lava smiled but didn't answer. Silk suddenly had a very bad feeling. She moved away from them both but noticed Nomad was preparing to attack Renegade again. Silk used her hair to attack the whip like action distracting Nomad temporarily. Lava laughed and began to move forward an evil gleam in her eye. "Lava... what... what are you doing?" Silk backed away again.
