Has anyone heard of this website?

I received an e mail from their submissions editor today asking if I wanted to submit a story of mine they had read.

On exploring the site I find its a pay site with seven "novels" in their story section, each written by a different author. The first chapter of each story is free, membership required for the subsequent chapters.

I'm not thinking of publishing with anyone right now, just wondered if anyone had any experiences with the site, good or bad.
