Wuznt Me Yo Honor, Wuz The Crack

Perhaps the State Supreme Court had a point, but they should have also considered the position of the people who would have to support his sorry ass for LIFE!

Once you throw away something, like a mans life, you don't keep it around to remind you of the crime. You remove him from the gene pool and sterilize around him, by not having to hiring thugs to watch his every move, keeping him from killing himself, That is just perverted.

With all the weak-kneed, cheese-paring, 'compassionate', lily- livered, pantywaist excuses for judges floating around nowadays this verdict surprises me not at all.

What's another hop headed, murdering thug in the prison system anyway? At least he didn't get that horrible death sentence.

Sadly, this is exactly the kind of "hop headed murdering thug" that will be "cured" and get paroled back into society  -- where he can get hopped up on crack again and beat another girlfirend to death and/or find some other way to alter his awareness and avoid responsibility for being a danger to society.

You can make a case for diminshed responsibility if the defendant takes a medication and experiences an unknown and unexpected reaction that results in an injury or death. But crack doesnt fit the bill.
