Yes, I saw it now.

Two issues here:

1. What the parents did was not just hooliganism, they could have killed her. They deserve sentencing.
And it will put off good people from applying for the job,

2. However, my sympathy for the bus driver is limited.
If she witnesses serial bullying and did nothing about it (I don't believe that she's as innocent as she claims), she's a shitty human being.
