Deporting him to the wrong country?? He also mentioned he was sexually assaulted.

Say what you want to say about the previous administrations, they sure weren't perfect but it wasn't a constant daily shitfest. The human rights abuses is disgusting.

Trump administration, for 1st time, returns wrongly deported migrant to US

The Guatemalan man was brought back on Wednesday, according to his lawyer.

A wrongly deported Guatemalan man has been returned to the United States, marking the first time the Trump administration has brought back a deportee based on a judge's order.

The man, who was wrongly deported to Mexico, was returned to the U.S. on Wednesday, according to his lawyer.

The return of the man, identified in court filings as O.C.G., is the first instance in which the Trump administration, in the midst of a sweeping immigration crackdown, has brought a deportee back to the U.S. after a judge ordered their return.

Great, the guy could go wherever he wanted, do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted.

Yet some judge decided that trading all that freedom for a cell in an ICE detention center is "better." What a moron.

His home is in Maryland with his wife and son.

His residence WAS in Maryland. His HOME is El Salvador.

Words have specific meanings, especially when talking about legal issues. Your version not only flouts the common definition but is diametrically opposite the legal facts.

Fixed that for you

Wow. A legal argument that Derpy isn't wrong about.

We don't lock up non violent criminals with murderers. I wonder how those camps are separating them.

Derpy’s sociopathy and privilege is sticking out like a weak spine…

We. Told. Them. So.

Oh, he's wrong all right. The law would consider Maryland Abrego Garcia's home -- both residence and domicille -- which is not the same thing as one's nation of citizenship.

When good gang bangers go bad…

A two-count indictment, which was filed under seal in federal court in Tennessee last month and unsealed Friday, alleges Abrego Garcia, 29, participated in a yearslong conspiracy to haul undocumented migrants from Texas to the interior of the country.

The alleged conspiracy spanned nearly a decade and involved the domestic transport of thousands of noncitizens from Mexico and Central America, including some children, in exchange for thousands of dollars, according to the indictment.

Becoming a coyote is not going bad.

The DOJ says the reason why the “Maryland dad” was in fear for his life in El Salvador because of potential retribution from the 18th Street gang. Garcia allegedly participated in the murder of a rival 18th Street gang member’s mother. Nice guy.

The MAGA sheep are so happy that the Clown Show administration capitulated and returned Garcia to the US.

Weird.

The RWCJ usual suspects are trying (and FAILING) to trigger decent, intelligent people (whose primary concern was, and still is, due process) with their spaz posts about Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s impending fate in U.S. criminal court.

Weird

The felony charges against Donald Trump were proven in court. That's why he was found guilty. If the state has evidence against Garcia, let them prove it before a jury. Until then he is innocent.
