Better go edit your response in the thread about views of America..... there's a couple words that would get you serious discipline.

Perhaps you would be so kind as to point them out to me. I went back and re-read the entire post, and there aren't any misspelled words in it that I'm sharp enough to pick out.

I think you found them all before you saw this.... it was the arroant that was supposed to be arrogant. The rest were actually capitalization--- got quite a few americans in there. Only get half credit on the spelling test for those.

And in the grand scheme of spelling errors, you rate at most a visit to the "office" to negotiate your punishment.

My writers' craft teacher in high school has us bring rocks to class and tell everyone the story of where they came from. Mine was from my neighbour's driveway, but I think I came up with something more exotic than that to tell.

His metaphor for learning the craft of writing was "teaching our stones to talk." Mine never made a peep all year. I was so disappointed.
