Writers Block, Help needed !!!

Hey Im an inexperienced novice writter, so Im fairly new at this. I've had an idea and thought about materializing it by writing a bdsm/femdom/switch domination tale (the genres expand as the story moves along) between an older gentleman and his younger maybe niece( I dont know the story is s sketchy). Anyways I wrote bits and pieces of the story and I really wanted to expand it however overtime I got stuck. Now my problem is I have the idea in my head but I dont know how to properly convey it on paper and pen, or keyboard and screen as however you may put it.

I think its come to a point where I've held on to the idea long enough and really need help expanding it as Im stuck. Ive shelved the idea long enough and think its about time I got a co-writer with a better vision and motivation that I have so I really NEED* a co-writer and/or and editor to help me get this piece. I feel quite passionate about this story and would really like to leave it behind as i feel it has a lot of potential but is going nowhere with my blind perseverance and lack of ambition.

I dont mind sharing bits and pieces of whatever Ive written which is a mess and not much , and would gladly take any help writing/directing it, instructions and constructive criticisms basically anything I get.

I'll share some of the advice I got when I was just starting out and had a heaping pile of "Hot mess" to work with.

1) You don't have to write in order
2) You can't edit invisible, so just write what ever. Maybe 98% gets shit canned. However, that leaves you with 2% you can work with.
3) If you are stuck, the problem can usually be found in the beginning.
4) If you don't think # 3 is the answer reread #'s 1-2, 5, 6
5) If none of the above are helpful grab a bottle of wine, have really GOOD sex with someone or take a nice bubble bath, go for a swim, or any combination thereof. Basically anything to get out of your own head for a bit.
6) Constantly thinking about the problem just makes it that much harder to solve.
