Nope, I'm harassing a republican who believes in the Pres on the night that Bush decides "Y'know what? We need a BIGGER government and MORE beuracracy!!!!1"

I don't always agree with Bush, just like REDWAVE doesn't always give you a reach around. I didn't catch the speech. Bush wants HS to be a cabinet position? It's a meaningless position if he doesn't. In principle, I'm against bigger government, but I'd choose it before death.
