to the Baltimore Ravens.

How do you all feel about this factoid? Personally, I feel like shit.

If only #52 Referee didn't want more face time all game-long over Manning and Lewis combined, if only Matt Prater hadn't missed that 52 yard field goal earlier in the game, if only the Broncos won the OT coin toss, if only the football wasn't compared to a slippery, cold brick, if only Unibrow boy had gotten the flu, if only the Bronco's main runningback and also defender hadn't got injured to not return, if only if only if only.

As for the #52 Ref, that was the 4th longest game in Playoff History.

Why for? Because of his fat, pasty ass. That's why.

i feel like taking a baseball bat to number 26's head. that game never should've made it into overtime.

Just how did Ray Lewis go from the guy ditching/hiding his white suit and paying off those two stabbed to death back in year 2000 to being the frontman for the Ravens>?

Is Redemption something special to some when he shoulda gotten at least 20 years.

Now it makes sense, the way he dances around... it's not for the team but for the fact that he BOUGHT his way out of being someone's bitch in prison.

Paying off those two stabbed to deaths' FAMILIES/

sorry, I'm watching Discount DoubleCheck trying to make a comeback.

Watched Colin Kapernick's interview earlier this day and he really is beyond any other QB I've seen. He looks like someone who would get you arrested and those eyes and that voice and giggle, egads.

Hey Peyton, Rodgers is gonna lose to an Alex Smith-replacement ---- >an AFTERTHOUGHT thrusted into life late in the season.

Wild playoff resluts this weekend.

Clay Matthews would never let 2 people get stabbed to death on his watch and then pay people off like Ray Lewis did.

g'night.

Even with the best case scenario of Manning coming back as great as he did this year...

...the greatest fear for the Broncos was exactly what they faced today: drastically sub-freezing temps that deaden rehabbing nerves - especially when those nerves connect from the neck to the throwing arm.

Manning was also deprived of another of his stoutest helpers when Moreno left: Manning's completion % and passing yard average off play-action is a factor of 3 or 4 better than without play-action.

But Elway's plan was to get Manning all the defensive help he could to compensate for those shortcomings...

...that defensive help lost the Broncos the game near the end of regulation when the Ravens tied the score.

I was pretty sure the Broncos were going to lose in overtime when they declined to try and hit a couple of passes to set-up at least a field goal attempt before regulation expired...

...that was a terrible decision when advancing to the AFC Championship game was on the line.

...if only the Broncos won the OT coin toss

The game went into a second overtime. What difference would that have made?

I agree the officiating was terrible and (in a first in Denver postseason history) mostly anti-Broncos. But they lost because they failed at the basic tenet of prevent defense, which is don't allow a big play; and because Manning cracked and made a terrible decision on his last pass.

i seriously have no clue what that fucking safety was thinking when he let baltimore tie the game. of course, i also had to agree with the usually nonsensical dan dierdorf and wonder why the fuck the broncos didn't at least try and do something with 30 seconds and their timeouts before the end of regulation. sure, it might not have led to anything, but why the fuck didn't they try at least a couple passes? the fuckers just got way too conservative at the end. bloody cowards.

Broncos played like shit.

Sucks.

:(

Joe Montana

I told you that last Fall.

Antiquado Petey...

That's two games in a row (KU-Iowa State) that I gave up on as settled only to have it go the other way...
