No it isn't, with the new Democratic Georgia senators and Harris's replacement, it's plus one (the Democrats lost the Doug Jones seat to the Republicans). Not only that, as VP, Harris will now have the most important vote in the Senate.

I wonder, when I read a post such as this, if you have any grasp of reality?

Ok today there are now 47 Dems, and 50 Reps in the Senate, when Georgia certifies their vote, ( tomorrow) there will be 49 Dems and 50 Reps.

When Harris's replacement is sworn in, ( tomorrow, next day) it will be 50/50.

But none of this matters, because the House has NOT sent over the articles of impeachment, so the Trial has not yet even started...

So really, what the fuck was your post about?
