That's a first person, subjective determination one makes for themselves in regards to how they go about processing the act of experiencing a certain act or activity. In this case, it's choices. Plus, what's considered as sensor-pinging humiliation for one, can be ho-hum boredom to another.

What might be perceived as choice-based humiliation to one little letter sexual type, can very well be seen by another as being placed in a position of power and/or control via the fact they have a choice to make to begin with. Even if it's choosing the lesser of two evils, there's a control element to choices being offered to a sub or slave.

Someone's turn on can be someone else's turn off. We all have our own kinks to be worked out in varying ways.........and one size will never fit all.

To me also there is a difference between a sub and a slave...things that may work with one wouldn't With the other...and I think the approach to both from the top is different too...
