Most definitely I would meet lit people for coffee. I have met quite a few folks off Fetlife and Kik, still looking for someone local off lit.

I have met two different women from Lit in London over the years and enjoyed lunch and walks and coffees and beer and a lot of incredible sexual tension, even though I didn’t cross the line (I’m married) it was very tempting….they turned out to be lovely normal likeable sexy people, just as I’d expected
