Definately not. In my opinion, men are supposed to be hairy. That's nature. And, to me, that's sexy. I cannot stand "shaved within an inch of their life" twinks. Or, otherwise hairy men who shave all of their pubes off. They look silly and downright childish.
So, that said, a man dressing in drag with hairy legs in a short skirt would look silly!
(Not to be mistaken with transgendered people. Pre-op. Post-op. "Chick with dick", whatever you want to call them. To me, those people, and gay drag queens, are female/feminine. They're "supposed" to be hairless. And are sexy.

I've never worn a skirt out but I know what outfit I would like to wear for someone. nice brown knit type skirt with a denim snap long sleeve shirt, nice scarf and brown pantyhose.
