Moue is a noun for a petite frown;
I'd rather the word be heard as a verb.

So:

What say you to "to moue"?

Once you put it in past tense, it looks like you're writing about cows.

I moued
You moued
He/she/it moued.

I vote no. It's one of those words that readers normally have to have a context for anyway.

"Easy there Bossy, I'm just gonna milk ya."

That's one of those words that people like me use for the sheer joy of language but only works when you write it if the story is set in Paris. Probably Paris 'tween the wars, perhaps. I certainly wouldn't use it.

I've used it, but not as a verb.

You could use it I suppose but I'm not sure people would understand what it means as a verb.
