get some web space somewhers like geocites, xoom, httpcity angelfire etc.
upload your gif/jpg image to that server
then find out the link yo it probably something like htt://www.geocites.com/shila/mypic.gif
once that is foundout
come back here
and post that link in a message and put img inside [] at the front of the link and /img inside [] at thte end of the link
