OK Atreidai, it's like this; We're not that young anymore, in the early 50's, but do keep ourselves in pretty good nick. We have had a couple of adventures in the past, just enough to whet the appetite, but she's not into making plans, I think she gets "stage fright" so I've got to make it appear spontaneous, must have a plan in place so she's not aware of the set up.

I imagine a "chance" meeting, a few drinks to loosen inhibitions.
She loves massage, and has totally enjoyed a double massage in the past (with extra's) so that's part of the plan, the rest is in the hands of the God's, if I / we get her into the right frame of mind, well, anything is possible.

The hardest part of this operation is going to be finding the "other" whether that be male or female, once this is done then the rest can be easily "arranged". If you have someone in mind to play the part of the other then you are a fortunate one, if not then the work is all on your hands, although I am certain that there will be volunteers on this site to be of more physical assistance than my 2000 miles away can be.
From what you were saying to me the issue seems to be in releasing your lady's inhibitions, an easy enough proposition after the right set up. You must remember that women are responsive to feelings and situations more than we are, very rarely will "simple" stimulation suffice; it has actually been some of my experience tha the more elaborate the better from the girlie side of things, this means planning....and lots of it.
Let us suppose that you have found your "other", what then? Then you have to work around your lady's inhibitions, you menitoned that double massage has been successful in the past, it might be something to try again. If your "other" is younger, try having a private candle lit dinner with him/her as a "server", you can have the food catered or pick it up at a restaurant and replate at home, or even better a night at a hotel suite with at least two rooms. This is a great opportunity for wine and drinks and good food, a romantic atmosphere, low lighting, and some flirting from the "server" towards your wife. To facilitate this, find a reason to leave every now and again, whether just to visit the loo or to find that special bottle of wine you purchased for the occaision and left in the kitchen or study, give then time to flirt, at first harmlessly then more intense at the night wears on.
After the desert is finished but before coffee or anything that would signal that the night is ending the "server" now switches role to the masseuse/eur, and then it is off to the bedroom to change and have your massage, let the "server" start, then offer to help, you know how your lady likes to be touched and aroused, make it happen, maybe give the masseuse/uer some pointers and hints, demonstrate, get her relaxed and very aroused, and then the job gets easier, towels might slip and your "other" might start losing their clothing slowly. This would be particularly effective if your girl has been responding well to the flirting.
This is only one scenario, but it can be replayed in many variations, the important thig in this activity is that everything, and I do mean everything must revolve around your lady, she is the queen of the evening, her favourite food, her favourite wine, and hopefully an "other" that conforms to her ideals of attractive. Keep the conversation light, no business talk, maybe discussing memories of other encounters and sensual holidays and adventures will help, you have got to be sensitive to what she is going to need to hear, and since I wont be there I cant tell you exactly what that will be, but I have a little faith in you!
Remember, she has done this before, she obviously enjoyed it, if she resists it might not be real resistence, like when youmake a noise about not letting a mate buy the next round, at least until he insists then you do it.
Let me know if you think we are on the right track here, there are other options, but this one seems straightforward.

I say, you must have done some seducing in your time, I like your style. Hadn't thought of the personal server, I think she'd like that touch.
