I'm not interested, but, yes, it's certainly possible and rather easy to do. I'd suggest using the Webcam feature on Yahoo Messenger (though I hear MSN has one now, too) when you find a partner, and sticking to one thread on the same topic. Post around the boards, get to know people, and keep up with this thread for the best results.
