Would a woman use the term "spank bank" or is that only a male term?

I'm in the midst of writing my current WIP and I had a thought on possible dialog between females in the story and was thinking that one of the women would be bragging about it to the other woman. Is this plausible, or should I look for another way to convey the making of sexual memories between women?

Every woman is different, but it's doubtful the terminology would be used with another woman. With a male friend, yeah, I do it all the time, but with another woman... I don't think I've ever discussed saving mental imagery for masturbatory purposes with another woman, actually.

What she said.

I think the closest I've ever heard or rather seen was, "Saving that for later." or "Revisiting that later." Although one story had, "Bathtub thoughts." But... These were all gossipy lines from various forms of media, that last one was from a manga aimed at women in their thirties.

Okay, so... so far, the consensus is that the dialog is implausible. That's good to know.

But could you? In a sort of breathless whispering in my ear sort of way? 🥰
Well, apparently when I record podcast stuff on my own I sound like a phone sex operator (according to my co-host and our audio editor). I could send those recordings. They are mostly of me saying the same thing like four different ways and laughing in between or saying "fuck" when I fuck up. Lots of "Mmm .. nope that won't work" and yelling at my cat to stop trying to break into my recording room, lol.

In about 45 minutes I'm gonna set up a Twitch stream of an "adult" game where I expect I'll be criticizing the story a lot.

Okay. Does that mean asking questions to improve my writing should be avoided?

Absolutely not, unfortunately it does mean you have to accept that threads have a life of their own. You will also find there are people who will deliberately set out to derail threads if they don't like the topic.
It's unfortunate, but sometimes it's just the price of doing business.

According to my wife, it's ridiculous to think that women wouldn't use a particular commonly known term just because they're women.

I find that as I grow older I've become less open with my friends about sexual matters, but my wife says that she and her friends are the opposite.

I suggest the neologism 'vulvault' as an equivalent term for spank bank.

I don't currently have friends close enough to even consider talking about sexual matters, and unfortunately neither does my wife. The few friends we had that might come close to that level have unfortunately passed away.

Just popping in to make to make it clear that this particular man wouldnt use that term.
As my wife pointed out the other day... we are old enough we have become senagers... old enough that we don't care how juvenile we might be perceived.
