Ok guys we have all had them, bad dates. When your sister's friend's mother sets you up with Mr/Ms Right and you have to attend the date from hell.....

My worst would be when I was 18yrs, the cutest guy there asked me out (I was so excited), we planned to go for dinner and then dancing at a city disco afterwards. He arrived to pick me up with his Mother, Father, and two brothers! It turns out he had told them "that I was the girl he was going to marry" (and thats before the first date!!!) so they considered it appropriate to tag along and suss me out. I will point out that this guy was in his late twenties and no longer lived at home.

Dinner was a nightmare, I spent most of my time fielding intimate questions from his family. On to the disco (with the whole family!), I had to dance with both of his parents and his brothers.

I ended up faking a headache in order to get them to take me home, he walked me to the door and tried for a quick grope but I managed to sidestep it.....

The following Monday he asked me out again, needless to say I declined the offer. He couldn't understand why, and kept on saying "But I want to marry you!". What a geek. His mother called me a few times and said that I should go out with her son again. Boy was I glad to find another job and get out of there!

aah bindii!!!

I didn't realise you didn't like my mother - I promise not to bring her on our next date!!

ohh Bindii that is bad.

Hmmm ok the date I consider the worst was simply a nice uneventful movie and fast food date.

However the very next day a strange female showed up on my door and introduced herself as "Gary's ex-girl friend" after assuring me she wasn't there to beat me up she told me he sent her to ask me to go steady with him.

Lmao.....I bet your answer was yes too???:D

Oh Bindii, that was baaad!! lol

I went out with a guy i met online, and our first date went really well, so when he asked me out again i said yes.

We went to a pool hall to play, even though I am not overly skilled in that area. Well, the whole time we played he kept telling me where to hit the ball, where to stand, how to stand etc... and when i missed he'd say" if u did it the way i told you..." which I was!!!

After that, we went for a walk in a park, sat on swings and talked. His goals were no where close to actually being realistic, and he kept saying "munchin" all the time! whats up with that.

So it was obvious we weren't going out again, but he asked me to call so i said sure. When i called the next day, he said he was busy and would call me later. never did. checked my email a while later and he had sent an email telling me he didnt think it would work out between us. REALLY?? lol

My worst "date" was in college. I was set up with this guy, I don't remember how... but it was a blind date somehow or another.

He was good looking. I remember trying to use the peephole on the door to see him, but he'd covered it up with his finger. When I opened the door he had a rose for me. Good start.

We ended up driving around campus and talking to his friends when he saw them. He couldn't remember my name when he reffered to me. We went to a video store and rented "fire in the sky", then we went to his dorm where I sat on the couch and he played a video game until he kicked his friends out. We popped the movie in and before the previews were over he had pounced me.

I love kissing. So.. I think we made out for seriously, the next two hours straight. When we paused, my tongue hurt. Seriously hurt, and it did for a few days afterward.

His room mate came back, so we took a drive to a local state park, and started making out again. He stripped me down and threw me in the back seat of the car (I dont know what I was thinking) and I had the shortest and most cramped sex I've ever had in my life.

Then he drove me home. He wouldn't talk to me afterward.

At least it taught me a lesson.

Actually even at 16 I knew it wasn't meant to be and that I had to set him loose to 'enrich' someone else's life :D

Well thats the last time you ask her out!! That'll learn her!!! :)

Lady Violet, at least it saved you the trouble of sending him the 'dear John' email! :D

Mine was in high school. Really popular guy asked me out to the movies. My mom dropped me off on her way to play bridge saying she would pick me up at 11pm as we were supposed to meet there and then go for a soda after the movie. ( He had basket ball practice so he could not pick me up or we would have been late )

I waited and waited outside the theatre and he never showed up. My mom picked me up at 11pm and I was so embarassed I could not tell her I had been stood up. Like a dummy I waited outside in mid January for the guy all that time.

My Aunt happened to mention she saw me on her way to the store, and then again on her way home. When my mom found out it had been at 8:30 when the movie was 1/2 way done, she asked me about it. I said I had gotten hot and needed fresh air.

The guy avoided me after that. And I had to see him all the time since I was the stats person for the Varsity sports team. And to this day I have never told anyone in my family what happened that night. And it still hurts to remember it. How cold it was and seeing all the groups of people together. :(

worst dates, worst dates

*thinks*

well it could have been the one where I had to sit through 3 and half hours of Dr Zchivago (sp)

or

my most embarrassing moment date (such a good story that I am going to post as a new thread)

but it is probably

the date with the spotty lass - when I ran my fingers down her naked back it was like reading braille....

What an awful experience, its his loss though he has missed out on a chance with an intelligent, sexy, vibrant woman! ;)

I won't but it is a long sordid tale - so will take some typing - especially the speed that I type at:(

Thats for sure when ever i saw her i would ignore her one day her younger sister asked me why i was mean to her i told her why she said that slut. And the two of us are good friends today

Damn SilverVeil that's a cold story, No pun intended. He never even offered an opology? What a Jerk!

A fan perhaps? Not bloody likely!

I don't think I have ever had a real date with disaster. I've probably been guilty of causing a few though. There are only so many times that a movie date can appeal.

My worst date. *thinking*

My roommate in college ask me to double with him and his g/f. Her sister was visiting over the weekend. Since his g/f was attractive, I agreed. The day arrived and sure enough, she wasn't bad. But when I got into the car the body odor was almost unbearable. The remainder of the night was pure torture. Not only was I completely turned off by this girl's lack of hygiene but to make matters worse I had to listen to my roomie and his g/f having great sex while I tried to entertain this ?. Morning couldn't come too soon.

No, and I never did find out why he stood me up. That was the killer of it all. The wondering for all these years.

To make a long story short.....

I agreed to go on a double-date with my good friend Jason. The girl was very attractive, but definatly wasn't a drinker. She proceeded to get extremely intoxicated, becoming loud, annoying, and embarassing. She whispered that she wanted to come home with me, but I was pretty apprehensive. Being alone with strange, drunk girls, can be a recipe for trouble.

I agreed, and considering she couldn't drive herself, I would drive her in her car so she could leave anytime she wished. I said goodby to Jason and his date, mentioning that he would have to bring me to get my vehicle in the morning, and we left. She immidiately passed out in the car, and we had a flat on the way home. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, but she had no jack to replace the tire!

I sat on the side of the road for an hour before someone was nice enough to pull over. After changing the tire, getting back home, carrying her inside, holding her hair so she could puke, listening to her ramble incoherently until she passed out, and getting to bed myself, I woke up and she had split. This was a relief until I realized that I had taken off my beautiful Tag Heuer, in the car, to change her tire.

Damn I miss that watch.... :(

Thanks for the opportunity to bring it up Bindii. Love ya babe. ;)
