I remember a specific cover, it was from a Norwegan death metal band. One of the band members walked in to find that the lead singer had put a shotgun to his head. The bloody corpse was slumped in a corner, the gun in his lap. Naturally the first thing the band's mind was "Hey! This would make a killer album cover!"

Lords of Acid - I like their music. The cover is... oddly cute.

The worst cover I think I have is this Techmaster PEB album - which was basically an album to test subwoofers to. 20 Hz oh boy!
