Just wondering if anyone else will be watching round's 1 and 2 of this year's World superbike championship from Valencia this Sunday , I know I'll be watching it , glued in front of the T.V .

So nobody watches World superbike racing .:(

What about the 125cc , 250cc and the 500cc motorbike grand prix's , anyone ? .

If thats Moto-cross and Super-cross... w/ the likes of Jeremy McGrath and Ricky Carmichael.. then yeah, I'm interested.

I'm a newbie to that stuff, my friend got me hooked

Just try and stop me Andy. I will miss Foggy- he is a great guy at a party as well as the best rider of a generation.
Did you ever meet Jamie Whitham?- he's from up your way and he is good fun too.
Take no notice of these Americans- they think you can have a world championship without leaving New York!

Sorry Lickerish , it ain't motor x or super x . It's road/track racing . With the like's of Colin Edwards (defending champion) , Troy Corser , Pierfrancesco Chilli , Neil Hodgson and co in the WSB championship and in the Moto grand prix 500cc class you have people like Kenny Roberts Jnr , Valentino Rossi , Max Biaggi and many more superb rider's .

All hail King Carl....

Totally agree with ya Darowyn .It's a shame there's no more Foggy in WSB the master without a doubt . I know Jamie Whitham to say "Hi" to , even been to his house for a few beer's he live's about 2 mile's from me , if ya ever get the chance to check out his band The Po'Boys do there great . He's riding for Belgarda Yamaha this year .

I used to watch 500cc years ago. Can't remember any of the names (blame age) and unfortunately haven't had a chance to watch much lately (blame retail).

I'm off today though, maybe I'll watch. Thanks.

Poor old Jamie didn't do too well did he?
I used to race with him when he started out on 80cc bikes!

That was a shame for him , front end went , but at least in supersport ya can get away with out finishing in a few race's .

You've known him longer than me , he was british 80cc champ in 86 . Got to know him just before he got his ride for heron suzuki in 88 .

So what did ya think of the race's , I've got a feelin somebody called Troy is going to be champ . Corser on the RSV1000 was a different class and Bayliss on the 966R looked good . Okada was lucky in the second race not to hurt bad , went in way too hot and he took poor Laconi out .

your on to a loser here mate these are American's they think Sturgis and Daytona are the best bike events in the world, they'v never heard of the Isle of Man TT or the Isle of White scooter rally, now there's a bike show....come on let's all go down to Duglas and do some burnout's and don't forget your bucket in case you crash your bike (they'll never get that one).

I've now realised that OUTSIDER :) . But with American's been both 500cc and superbike worldchamp's (Kenny Roberts Jnr and Colin Edwards) and just that bike racing is universal I thought (wrongly) that they may have been some follower's he at Lit , but alas there is only Darowyn and he's a Brit .

should we tell them what the bucket is for when you go to the IOM.

Nah if we tell them they'll only want to come over and then we'll have them riding the wrong way round the track just like the fucking Euro wanker's who kill all those people a few years back.
