My Sunday:

Well, spent several hours doing laundry and in between loads I found myself back here on the boards doing some reading...getting all heated up by some of those sweet sexy posts! Told myself that maybe after I got the laundry put away that I would have to play a little ;) By the time I finished the laundry...I was so hot that I couldn't imagine NOT playing with my toys. However, I decided to go workout first, since last Sunday I stayed in bed most of the day and never left the house...but last Sunday was pretty yummy in itself...

So I go to the gym; do my cardio on the X-Trainer, find myself all hot and sweaty and then I go upstairs for some weight training.
After a little while, I get on the hip abducter machine...the one where you are pushing in through your hips. OMG! After doing only two I got so horny...it had to have been the resitance of the pulling my legs so far apart...me pulling the weights in with my legs and then the resitance spreading me more....


mmmm...never enjoyed the gym so much before...I'm going to have to spend a lot more time on that machine!:p

Getting all worked up just thinking about it again....mmmmm

Which on is the hip adductor. Is that the one that works your inner thigh or your outer? I always get them confused. I just know i can do 3 sets of 12 at 75lbs.

See i always find women at their sexiest when they are on the leg curl machine. or doing squats, that always gets me hard. Or when they are generally all sweaty. But hey, now taht i know what the hip machines do to your girls i'll prolly enjoy watching girls do that.

Like I said...don't know if it was because I had gotten worked up before I went and was just rechanneling the energy...or if sweating is just plain sexy.

I love to work out on a weekend afternoon, come home all sweaty and full of pure energy...read a story - give myself some luvin' and then finally take a shower...relaxing all my muscles...washing everything away..all the smells....the sweat mixed with my juices...the stress of the week...all gone in one hot long relaxing weekend shower...no rush to get out, no where to go...


Too bad the weekend is over:eek:

Yeah i dont know what it is but a girl all sweaty is just sexy. I think excercising & working out in genreal is sexy. maybe because it makes us aware of different parts of our bodies. And of course theres the confidence factor. Plus sweat can act as a natural lubricant.

Whew...and here I am trying to relax before bed....it's not working....whatever should I do?

Everybody loves my exercise method: Type. Type a lot. Drink caffinated beverages. Type more. wheeeee
 
Yeah I kind of understand this thread.
Something about working out gets me really horny.
If I see a girl I know at the gym I will just hit on her, even if I have never been sexually attracted to her. I come home from the gym and the first thing I want to do usually involves me working out the muscle between my legs that I dont exercise at the gym.

that silly machine

So...I finally got to the gym today after not being able to go for several days...and thinking that maybe Sunday was a fluke...that I was already horny and riled up, I got on that machine again towards the end of my workout.

and wouldn't you know it...instant horniness....I highly recommend the hip abductor machine to anyone who has one in their gym...I could stay on this thing all day!

the only problem with using this today was I had to go to work after my workout and didn't have time to finish my workout...so to speak...


But Sunday....mmmmm.....
 
What about sit-ups and lower ab exercises?

I always do sit-ups at the end of my workout or the middle of a masturbation session. The muscle fatigue I get when I hold my legs straight out about two inches off the ground has got to be connected to something lower, it's brought me to orgasm more than a few times. Needless to say, I do this exercise a lot.

OMG...I can't imagine doing situps while masturbating....

maybe because that involves stopping to and switching focus to something I consider painful...and I hate to not focus on my pleasure;)

Wow situps while masturbating that has to be difficult:)......maybe just leg lifts to get everything tensed up a little extra bit......Hmmmm

But I do workout at least 3 to 4 times a week......gotta stay in shape, when you get to close to 40 like me it is even more important to stay in shape, but a little more difficult too:)
 
I find exercise to be very erotic and sesuous.
It can be a very exhilerating experience.;)
 
I have read about something that PrincessSalome mentioned, I have no idea how common it is, but I had to go find the article again (http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/2034.html ) I think this is similar to what she was talking about.

I've also read that women trigger the same hormone that is triggered during sex during a workout. Probably, again, not all women.

Hey, cool, so I'm not a freak. Well, maybe, but thanks for sharing Massive Grooves! I'll explain a little more for those people having a hard time with the logistics. The sit-ups are to get my abs tired (unfortunately when you do them a lot, you get a tolerance) and then when I'm at that shaky stage I hold the vibrator to my clit, cross my legs, and slowly raise them up and down. It's not a sure thing, but when I get one, it is the absolute fucking best: total hot and cold whipping through my body. When I was in my teens and just figuring it out, sometimes I lost a little bladder control too, but that's not a problem any more. It's not totally physical, it's more likely if I've been reading good stories and on rare occasions, I've come more than once. But, I've never shared it with anybody (as in lovers) mostly, I think because I feel guilty since no man has ever made me feel as good. (But that's a whole other issue, see freak comment at the beginning.) Anyway, I too have no idea how common it is, so if you can relate, speak up! Well, I guess I'd also better say that I have narcolepsy so I have other involunatry muscle things that are fucked up. Shit, now I've put everything on this board. I was kindof enjoying the anonymity. Oh well, . . .
