Is a fantastic thing to do, and there are many health benefits that are thoroughly documented. Furthermore, it is something that can be done privately or in public without too many people being offended.

That said, it cannot be denied that the gym is a hotbed for over the top behaviour, especially if you're not in bad shape yourself. Even more so if you're lucky to be at a gym like the one I attend, where the women outnumber the men. I can almost sense the heat of competition when it comes to looking good whilst looking to sweat. To some, it's an art form.

I'm pleased to say that I can't think of an instance where I have had to witness any unwarranted approaches from any of the lads, and I think it should stay that way - it's enough for us married men to sneak the odd eyeful, after all, it's only right; I know the girls are watching for our abs when we do chin-ups, or biceps when they're being curled.

I bet each and every one of you fellow gym goers has got a personal favourite that you like bumping into at the gym, or perhaps even a top 5, if you're greedy ;)

Hormones, an elevated heart rate, fantastic outfits and toned flesh - shouldn't we all be heading down there whenever we can??

I did 5 min of Sean T's T25. I was in mismatched pj's and my fuzzy slippers. I think my workout was better than staring at eye candy.
