Work Place Violence

The tv psychologists and lawyers make me shake my head.

Work place violence is rare because most people are pathetic cowards. And when violence happens its usually unprovoked, and comes in two forms: Nuts walk in the front door and do it, psychopaths lure victims away from others, to hurt them.

Nice, pleasant people are most likely to kill you.

20+ years ago I ran an operation where a perfectly sensible receptionist (10 years service) kicked an accounts clerk in the nuts for picking his nose - again.

I had to suspend her for a month, tho' I know her entirely sympathetic workmates organized a collection to help her out.

The accounts clerk? No-one saw him picking his nose again.
