Wording in a story

I am looking to finally move over and try my hand at short stories on Amazon or one of the other publishers.

I know many will reject if you make a character appear younger than 18. Even if it just a description of people thinking a female is young enough to be in high school.

But what other restrictions are there? Are they words that even in erotica are considered crude for describing genitalia? Or a sexual act?

I've seen no evidence that Amazon monitors the wording in the texts they give distribution to. I have nearly 200 titles on offer on Amazon (with publishers) and I've never had a word use questioned or the title rejected for that. I've never had a publisher ask for a word change so that the book could be accepted by Amazon/Smashwords/B&N.
