I think that at least one lady and possibly one man will be pleased to award me "the Wooden Spoon" prize for being the biggest stirrer today.
Good to see that I got one or two peoples blood circulating faster than normal, and not with sex either. LOL
Have a nice day

Clive, Clive, Clive,

Do you need recognition and approval so much that you're willing to embarass yourself and demonstrate to everyone around that you're just an angry child who's not happy that he isn't getting his way? Is that, really, truly, the way you want people to think of you?

Wouldn't you much prefer people to think of you as an intelligent individual who's trying to bring things forward in a mature an intelligent manner?

I'm sorry to say but from where I'm standing right now it seems you're leaning towards the former.

As for the "wooden spoon" award, you'll be sad to know that you haven't done anything deserving of such award. You've only proven yourself to be a pain in the arse....a likeable one so it seems, but nonetheless a pain.

At least, you're not resorting to mudsliinging and vitriolic insults so if you're really good and keep writing with that humour, I'll gladly give you the award for cutest and funniest troll I've seen this year.

Peace. :rose:

NB is New Brunswick, Canada Clive. :) You see, I'm not even American, just a plain Canadian married to a Brit. :)

Excitement is good for the heart isn't it? :p
Take care of your health, we wouldn't want to lose you just now. :)

Plain -- NEVER!!
I just looked you up on a map. Some of my ancestors landed close to you after the Scottish Clearances.
Ciamar a tha sibh? A bheil teaghlach agaibh? Mar sin leat an-drasda.
Clive

PS the nurse I talked of with the medecine makes me wear the jacket with no sleeves that ties round the back. But at least its warm and comfortable in the institution !

Oooh THAT kind of nurse!!!! :nana: :p Just as long as you're warm and comfortable....that's what matters most.

Sorry don't understand Scottish but I'll believe it was a compliment to my wit and send you a  for it. :)

But Canadians ARE Americans--as are Mexicans, Chileans, and everyone else who lives between Point Barrow and the Cape.

(My kingdom for another nit to pick!)

Lol, yeah if you nitpick I am American...but not according to US as they seem to think they have the monopoly on being called American. Not that it really matters to me as I much prefer to be known as a Canadian and not be shot on sight that saying I'm American and risk being killed..lol

I thought we had the monopoly on everything here in the US. ;)

Then again, I thought Canada was the 51st state, too.....:D I was watching a TV show in England last week that was bitching about Americans and used Celine Dion as an example, so it must be true. :p

Lol, and you've just described the perfect example of what I was saying. You didn't have enough of your performers in the US, you have to take possession of ours too. ;)

As for British TV, everybody knows that what they say is God's honest truth...so if they put Celine Dion and Americans in the same sentence....it must be true also.

You're more than welcome to have her back. Please? ;)
