felt good all day on the 3rd, went and got shit done. ended up at a music gathering and stomped up a tune. then ran around with some 20 something bros. driver put vehicle over road. got out and walked with these dudes, and stayed ahead of them or with them the whole way back.
yeah, feeling good. not bad for a 47 year old.
