Is there any “film” studios where me and my man can go in the uk to make our own video professionally?

Serious post, yes, smart arse we have google in the uk but every search either brings up Pornhub or XVideos etc etc.

It depends what sort of video you want to make.

Several local schools and the university have video suites. There are also at least six commercial video studios within a 25 mile radius of me.

That is probably true of any conurbation in the UK. You need to start with photographic studios. Most of them can do video too, or know who does video locally.

Back in the 1980s one of my responsibilities was for a training unit that made instructional videos on interesting topics such "How to find and rectify dry-soldered joints" and "Testing multi-core cables for electrical continuity".

We actually made a profit out of the videos!

Well, we’ve talked about making a sex video just for us, we don’t have the best phones to do it with nor a camcorder. So was looking to see if there were any private studios who could do it for us

Our local university was embarrassed a decade or so ago.

One of our local councillors, a graduate of that university, was standing for re-election. A sex video he had made when a student was leaked to the local media. A reporter asked the councillor directly:

"Did you feature in a sex video?"

The councillor answered:

"Yes, that was me when a student. It helped to pay for my student expenses."

He was elected with an increased majority. The university was embarrassed because that video was widely circulated and it was obvious it had been produced AT the university.

Was his increased majority the result of his honesty? Or the impressive size of his equipment?

We don't know.

Lol, that’s funny. Kudos for him admitting it, certainly adds to the cliche that honesty is the best policy
