Hello lovely people of lit!

I hope I've put this in the right place!

After years of having long hair, I've cut my hair into a short pixie cut after being told by lots of men and women how "brave" I was to cut my hair I wondered what the wider world thought, I personally love it and strangely I feel much sexier than I did before and more confident and just as feminine as I did before.

I'd be interested to hear what you all think and maybe there's a whole fan club for women with short hair, I didn't even know about!!

The most important is that you are happy with it and you say it makes you feel more sexy, so there is your answer, short hair, long hair, I don't mind personally, some women look better with short hair others look better with long hair, it is quite a personal choice I would say,

In the Black community, it is regular. Close cut and expertly tapered as well at the barbershop where it's SO MUCH CHEAPER as long as you wash and condition your hair first.

Short hair is a regular occurrence for me to see. It sometimes is easier to take care of because of there being less hair to deal with. The main thing to worry about is a decent shaped head.

I apologize if I was off topic a bit. Pixie cuts are nice. They can be styled in different ways especially if you have curly hair. They are easy to manage as well. It gives a sleek, fun appeal. Short hair period is easy, low maintenance and very quick to deal with in the mornings. 20 min to an hour can change into less than 5 minutes.

I have always been a huge fan of short hair. Pixie cuts are really sexy. So in my opinion, you must look absolutely beautiful.

Ohhhhhhh, you meant on her head. I think if a woman believes she is sexy, then she is and will portray that outwardly. She doesn't need anyone to validate her attractiveness but certainly having others appreciate her beauty is a positive enforcement.

I echo what the others say, but with my twist. Many women cannot pull off the short style. You have to be able to completely own that look. When that is the case, it is the sexiest thing to me! So, wear it , own it and love it!
