Have a dear friend who HAD to have them put in. She has some major size lumps removed and they really misshaped her breasts. So to make them look normal again, she did implants. She asked me to look at them after they were done and to feel that and be honest with her about them
Well for one, she had no feeling in her nipples anymore and never will. They were not huge or anything but they were very tight and firm (too tight and firm to be honest) and yes you can feel them under the skin. Ever been to a dentist and had your mouth numbed and you can touch your jaw and you can feel the bone in your on your jaw but the skin is numb? Remember how strange that felt to feel that hardness under the skin when the nerves are dead? Well that is just what if feels like to feel that hard mass under the skin. I perfer natural, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do.

the large shaply bresssstttttssss, are the best, if you are an A go to D you will be much happier, and any men or women you play with will love that also.

As a doctor, I'd have to say the experience of my patients is that breast implants are much more about the look than about the feel (theirs or others).

For many, it has been a real ego boost. Others have decided they wanted them out later.

One word of warning - the surgeon makes all the difference. Good surgeons most often have good results. Those who go for "volume, volume, volume" often don't do so well.

Ask what kind of aftercare is available before you jump in - are "re-do's" or adjustments available at a reduced price or with no physician charge?

Sorry to be so clinical, but can't help it.

It really does not matter to me... fake or not.

I know that you will have 4-7 days of pain and weakness after the operation.

I love 'em natural... I love 'em enhanced.

Are you truly this much of an idiot? I know a woman who fell for this mentality just recently. She resisted her doctor's advice that going from a A cup to a D cup meant she simply did not have the skin to stretch around the implant. She insisted. He said he would try. He stretched as much as he could and still couldn't give her a D. As well, he had to move the nipples because they were no longer centered. (Yeah, having nipples pointing at each other - really sexy, huh?) Thing is? She will never have any sensation in those nipples.

Personally, I like the fact that my nipples perk up when they have attention paid to them. And thankfully there are men who do not follow the same moronic thinking you do.

I went the other way, reduction. I had to my chest cavity was compressing on my windpipe. I was HUGE!!! 42FF and still going. My frame was crushing under the weight, but my dr did a great job. Yes, I have scars I try to keep hidden, but the little guys stand at attention! (38C and happy)

all I can say to that is "HA" I love big boobies and all ( ok mostly)women I know who want them, or have them or have had it done. LOVE them, I love them, so sorry you don't understand the diversity of this great world and that "some" women do actualy like to look better, larger firmer, of course there are the ones that (can't afford) or buy into the NOW plan that those who like to enhance their bodys are "BAD",,oops did I really say that.

Amen Sister! I knew I liked you for a reason. Yea I made my post and my thoughts know, and I hate to say it but this statement made by incest came across as typical teen sex crazed no thinking statement. I am so glad to see a woman say something about it. We men can talk about this all we want, but this is something a woman needs to decide for herself and not because some dummy wants "D"s to play with. Wonder what he would say if women demanded that men got implants to go from a small one to a large one and lose feeling in their equpment.

Very happy for you hon and yes, it is your body and you need to do what you feel is right for you and if you are happy (and I am sure your back is too) then that is all that matters and if a man loves you for you, it does not matter if they are natural or fake, or "A"s or "DD"s. It is the person in the inside that matters. Hey it is all going to sag and droop later anyway... Glad you had it done.
