I'll try to answer that.. of course I can only speak for myself - we are all different

I don't often swallow (I will usually finish him off in my mouth, but just let it run out) for a number of reasons:
1) The taste of cum is ok, but the texture and feel when it goes down your throat is really unpleasant. It stings and sticks and leaves a very salty effect that is difficult to get rid of afterwards.
2) When I give a blowjob, I focus on what makes it feel good - not what it looks like. If I do it right, his eyes should be rolled back in his head by then anyway, not looking at me If I want to put on a show, I will do it as part of foreplay/teasing, not after his orgasm.
