Can you explain why you think that it looks hot?

Is it because the pics draw attention to the lips or when you think of somebody smoking a Cigar, you then think of the lips?
 
not really a fan of those pics which maybe more to do with me hating smoking than the actual look.

I dont know... I have thought about it alot...

I dont think its a sexual innuendo, reference to oral sex

Maybe the woman seems to confidant enough to do it and makes her more sexy

Bad girl appeal of it... even though it is more common now still a little taboo

Maybe i associate it to a strong female which is very much a turn on...

none...
