being a younger guy, i often have trouble understand women.

I was just wondering how you know when a woman is flirting with you, and when she is just goofing around, and also how to tell if a girl likes you more than a friend

there is a girl i go to school with at the University that (i love her), but i cant figure out how she feels

It's all in the fine art of communication. And it's a heinous art that never seems to get mastered at any age. Unfortunately I have no tried & true advice to aid you in these kind of scenarios. Each case has its own nuances & I'm afraid you'll have to muddle through it best on your own. The thing that I can highly encourage you to do is listen intently & respond back. Be yourself. Sometimes it's just a gut call as to guessing their true intentions. Sometimes you've just got to go with it and ask outright- nothing ventured, nothing gained.
