Yes they do, but I have no idea why. As a full time male CD, I find male clothing uncomfortable and totally boring. I have never worn male undies and only ever wore male outer clothing for school and work.

As a panty wearer myself (whenever I wear clothes at all that is), I fully understand what you are saying. I can't understand why anyone, male or female, wants to wear male undies.
