Am I wrong. Why does a woman come on to a guy saying they want to have fun and then go away.

I am interested in finding a female that likes to have a sexual relationship in the Atlanta area. I wonder if their are any serious women out in this world that really know what do with that flower between their legs beside tease a man with it.
