Perhaps your husband feels it's some reflection on him or that you will discover there's more out there than what he's willing to provide. Isn't that the same fears a woman might have if she discovers her husband has been reading or viewing porn without her knowledge?

You both have to have developed some self-confidence and trust in your relationship to accept that arousal can come from outside sources and still be to your mutual benefit. I got over being threatened by Playboy bunnies by watching x-rated movies with my husband.

If you can share what arouses you and make him part of the process and its intended beneficiary, perhaps you can get past his defensiveness and find out what his insecurities are. Then you can address those instead of his remarks about you.

There could be a whole host of reasons as to what is going on. Why not try to talk with him about it? Try to find out if it is porn in general he is opposed to, or just the stuff that you like in particular. Also, don't forget to keep stroking that fragile ego all men have - that might be a contributing factor.
