Hello! :)

I'm looking for just what that thread title says...good conversation. About anything and everything, via email and later, phone. I'm looking for friendship for now.

A little about me...I'm 27, college-educated, a writer by trade, and a songwriter when the mood strikes...which, luckily, is often enough to keep me in business. I live in Tennessee, love the south...and the rest can be found in my profile, if you care to take a look there. The links in my signature line will tell you even more. You'll even find a photo in one of those links, if you care to venture there.

What kind of man do I want to talk with? Someone who is compassionate, intelligent, and serious about getting to know someone. A man who knows the value of a good laugh is just as powerful as the value of a good silence. A man who loves to think, to be challenged, to debate. A man who enjoys the simple things in life. I do admit a serious weakness for southern men...and I do mean SERIOUS, lol. But in the end, what really matters is your mind. THAT is what interests me, and that's what I want to get to know.

Take a look at my profile for my email contact, if you're interested.

:)

Although I don't live in the South, just a Mid West guy, I would enjoy some stimulating, intelligent and amusing conversation. Please feel free to PM me.

Thanks for the responses. :) I plan to send out a few PMs!

I've already met a few really wonderful people from this ad. But of course, one can never have too many friends...or too many good, stimulating conversations! So if there is anyone else out there in the mood to talk, my email is open. :)

By the way, I appreciate the kind words. I figured a few out there would understand my reasons for posting on the personal board. Your support means quite a bit. :rose:

I'd just like to vouch for Sheath as an amazing person, a good friend, and one of the few women who make me wish I were bi. :)

Hi sweetie. :)

Well, imagine finding you here! Thanks for that vote of confidence. You made me smile, as always.

And by the way...it's all mutual, baby. ;)

Hello Sheath

I hadn't realised you were so young, you're very mature in your posts. I think there's a compliment in there somewhere.:)

"most of those guitars came with a creative and moody man attached,"

I can't play the guitar but I sure can be moody. Does that help at all? :)

Why do you call yourself Sheath ?

Hello lovely one!

Your posts are always witty and your stories are so arousing!

*sigh*

Hello from Kansas!

Moody works. ;)

Sheath...funny, no one has ever asked me that question on the boards before. It's a combination of letters from my real name, but it also works because I'm a woman...and 'sheath' is a rather sexual term for a woman, don't you think? :D

Why do you call yourself RoughPlay? Or do I have to ask?

It certainly is. Its a good choice for a Lit name. From a male point of view its very appealing.:D

I'm sure you don't need to ask about my Lit name. Its reflects the type of sex I enjoy the most, a mixture of roughness and playfulness.:p

What sort of songs do you write ?

hello seath how are you i live in TENN and would love to talk to you please pm me or e mail me sometimes and hello again:)

What sort of songs do you write ?

I write just about anything that strikes me, but I find blues and country, or a mixture of both, basically defines my style. Of course, the fact I live near Nashville influences what I write...the busy wheels of the country music industry are always turning, and I'm always paying attention. :)

My first 'job', though, is that of writing erotica. Of course, erotica in and of itself rarely pays the bills, so I have to supplement it with something else...thus, the songwriting. And the little works here and there in other genres. It's a wonderful profession...I'm lucky to be able to do what I do.

Thanks for the questions. Feel free to tell me more about you. :)
