I have three stories that partly fit your description. Above and Beyond is a series about a woman submitting to her female secretary. Maid to Serve is about a woman submitting to her live-in, younger maid. Catalysts is about a female professor submitting to her three male students. All these stories are about women in power being submissive to subordinate people, but there is not much except for their will to be submissive that drives them.

On another site there was a story by Ribeye98 that was called Thornwood. One extra story was called Johanna's night. A 25 year old female swim team 'coach' is charged with chaperoning the boy's team on a bus ride to a meet. Snow closes the road, and they go to a hotel where hijinx ensue. Vanessa Evans has a copy. It hits, I think:

Really? I find it incredibly satisfying when some bossy bitch gets her comeuppance. When she's given some time to contemplate the natural order of things while she's naked and on her knees prostrating herself for the enjoyment of those she thought to be her employees, her underlings, her inferiors.
