As a human being I will say that false accusations of crime are horrible. As a feminist I don't see how it particularly relates since feminism has nothing to do with bragging about false criminal accusations. Feminism is about defining and defending social rights, not going around getting innocent kids expelled from school.

Almost every rape victim will, in some shape or form, face an allegation of having fabricated their rape, so any woman who falsely accuses a man of rape is effectively undermining every rape victim.

What is being pointed out here is there's no outrage about men being falsely accused.

There are never any protests about it, except by a handful of MRA's. Nobody can contest this basic fact. What they can do is get mad because I pointed it out. Not that I care. I'm gonna keep pointing it out because it's true.

And actually, yes, I WOULD like to see the percentage of false claims vs convictions.

Anyone out there, or right HERE for that matter, who thinks that men aren't jailed for rape on a pretty consistent basis - either from bad information or because maybe her purity got cold feet and demanded some manner of accountability refusal - is as guilty of rape as any actual rapist.

What is the percentage of men who are fingered, vs those who are truly guilty? Bitches, be true.

60 Minutes (or maybe it was ESPN) recently ran an expose where some Football player did a handful of years in jail for some random 'angel'. She actually had the gall to CONTACT him after he got out and want some more boner. So he had it filmed, and boned her REAL good (meaning, no sex, just a meeting). The result of that unQUESTIONABLY incriominating information on HER - was nothing.


I think maybe what the OP is asking for... is that women take the consequences of incriminating a man as a RAPIST - quite a bit more seriously than a means to evade judgement of their own insecurities.

I knew someone who got falsely accused of rape. It is hard, because a lot of people distanced themselves from him. There is a tinge of guilty before being proven innocent with sexual crimes such as this. He was cleared, but it took a while for him to recover from it.

But saying that I think it's crucial that women feel comfortable calling out rapists without feeling like they will be labeled as liars and dragged through the mud.

In this case the minority of guys who are falsely accused is a much better situation than having a society where women feel it's not in their best interest come out when they've been raped.

Just my opinion...
