So near as I can tell we won't know shit until the press conference actually happens. The Chinese haven't lived up to their end and there is little chance that Biden is going to make any significant chances to the agreement and MAY tighten some of them.

So enough that it would put just a little past compliant with what Trump wanted? Since they are doing give or take 65% of what was wanted and when you factor in special exemptions that will happen China will be in compliance? Give or take?
