Witcher3

I have it and Witcher 2 as well but regrettably have not played either very much. It's not that they aren't good games, I'm just not heavily into RPGs anymore. The last one I played for any length of time was Skyrim, which sucked me in for over 1000 hours of game time.

I love games with good replayability and Witcher 3 has that potential so I bought it and do not regret it even though it feels like wasted money at the moment. Once I get off of this GTA 5 fixation I might give it another shot.

It's a great game. Only gripe I have with it is that the main gameplay gets a bit same-y after a while.

You pretty much have two modes of gameplay: Combat, which always consist of "run up and kill everything because everthing and everytone attacks you no matter what". And tracking mode, which always consist of "follow glowing red tracks until you find something to loot or kill" which makes what's presented as puzzle elements ridiculously easy.

But it's so well presented, with stellar design and well written narratives big and small, that most of the time I don't mind.

Also, the horse is a moron.

Have you finieshed it or how long into it are you?

I actually enjoyed that card game in it a lot.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that, since I didn't play it at all. I went through the tutorial several times but realized I still had no idea what I was supposed to be doing or even why I lost, when I could pass without automatically losing, what cards were good to play when, or what a good deck was supposed to look like.

So I said eh, and went off to slice up some bears instead.

It's actually a fantastic game - extremely well thought out and very strategic. I was quite impressed with it once I got the hang of it.

i haven't played, but that's mainly because the main character design just kinda looks like shit to me. also, i wanna make my own fucking character to role play in a fucking rpg, damnit.

also, needs more lesbians.

Great game! The 2 DLC's are also awesome. Well worth the season pass cost.

@ Level 20. Just heading back to see Priscilla and find the doppelganger to get him to imitate the leader of the Witch Hunters I killed.

This has been a really great game. like the graphics. I am going to turn up the difficulty I think now that I have the hang of the fighting and lots of oils/bombs and good armor.

Stuck on a few things that may be bugs (like the trying to gather the Wolf gear but can't get back to Kaer Morhen). But all in all loving it. Just started playing Gwent after avoiding it to now) and starting to get the hang of it.

I got the expansion packs as a part of the download so still have many hours ahead.

eh, it bored me so i quit

its not as bad as witcher 2, but neither can compare to the first game

It started to feel a little tedious if I was off the main story line for too long but then it started getting cool for me again. Still enjoying it
