The silent equation in doctor/nurses heads always seems to end with: “You voluntarily endured that, but you’re nervous about a vial of blood?”

I’ve never actually had a tattoo, but I can imagine me being 100% the same - I’m a mess having blood taken from me (I’d share stories but it’s just embarrassing ), yet when I picture a tattoo it does feel more ‘yep, bring it on… ‘

And absolutely, I’ll bet the medics are looking at you thinking ‘really, I mean no offence but, you of all people…?’. But I totally get the distinction, for what it’s worth!

Most of the time, I have an idea, but I'm broke.

Most of the time, I have an idea, but I'm broke.
Every time I'm not broke, I don't think about it.
Now, I have no idea what I would get if I did.

Tattoos can be quite spenny!

But it’s also one of those things that if you well and truly wanted one, you would put some dollar aside for it!

I have unfortunately been known to put aside £ to JUST to cover a tattoo from savings….but I’m irresponsible. Don’t take any advice from me… ever

I can’t speak on what it was like back then (the first time I found lit was on a library computer when I'm was a teenager ) but I do agree on the ‘cliqueiness’? Maybe.

However, I haven’t been here too long, I started posting regularly maybe march? And started this thread in February! Not as many people have had the chance to get to know me. Those who want too, will.

And when they do, they’ll learn that maybe things aren’t always as black and white as they’ve been painted out to be.

Those of you that have spent time talking to me, about everything not just the colour panties I’m wearing; and those that I’ve dmd and shared personal experiences with will understand.

This is my little corner of the internet to share and have fun. None of it is about jealousy, competition or drama. I can be a little opinionated yes, but I do warn you J being a white knight doesn’t often help. It’ll probably get me in some sort of trouble, and we don’t want that!
