Best of luck Sera. I know how excited I was to get out of an apartment building and actually into a house - no more noisy neighbors down stairs or just the other side of the wall.

*thinkies* the people downstairs are pretty loud. I wont have to deal with my neighbors drunkin party friends wanting to fight me when I tell my dogs to shut up. Ohhhh a yard for my dogs....*drool* Funny how when I was a kid I couldnt figure out how someone could possibly be stoked about a bathroom...lol. And now im like "does it have a good bathroom?" Im hoping to get a husband eventually but till then my two best friends ever will do nicely (even though they're both straight guys).
