It was funny when Playboy declared it the Top Party School of 2006. Like this really came as a shock to anyone? People inside of Hef's empire have said for years that they actually disqualified UW-Mad because it was so far above the next closest competitor that the list would be the same every year.

I'm not sure why they changed their mind, but I'm glad that they did!
