I ate 1/2 of a Potbelly's regular roast beef sandwich for supper. 2 and 1/2 inches of pure dining pleasure.

I stayed conscious and got my car safely off the highway when my BP dropped out of the blue. I was wiped out for the rest of the day, and spent the night in the ER but we all survived.

Yes, they thought that was it. The one in back was already ready to take over driving somehow if I slumped down. I learned to put non drivers in the back seat!
