Photo is mouthwatering.
As far as I have figured out, choose reply if it’s just that post you want to respond to. Use the +Quote like the multi quote tab in the old system.

And, just as a general fyi because there seems to be confusion, I could not see that thumbnail when I was not logged in. When I tried clicking on it, I was taken to the login page. Links to photo hosting sites, such as imgur and Dropbox, are not protected in this way.
