Will this be considered incest

Hi,
I have a story idea in my head and am starting write and post it in a month or so. But I wondered about the genre...
The story deals with the relationship between a young widow and her widower father-in-law. Is this considered an incestuous relationship and should I post it in incest/taboo category or should it be in mature category?

I think it would be more fitting to put the story in the incest section, as I think this is more fitting than mature. Although the relationship you describe does not technically constitute incest readers of mature stories may find the subject matter not to their tastes.

From what I've read around here, the LIT screener is going to put the story into whatever catagory they deem appropriate, so maybe it's a moot point.

It's not incest. They're not related by blood.

As to which category you should place it in, I'd suggest reading 10-15 stories in each category you are interested in and put it there. Sometimes a story fits "only" in one category, but usually there is overlap.
