Women who get abortions receive far less Medicaid welfare than ones who have the baby. Plus creating another person with Medicaid.

Also having the baby means the woman is far less able to support herself and the baby financially, meaning it reinforces the need for welfare. If you want women to be more likely to get off welfare then fund their abortions.
