Will he? Won't he? Will he? Won't he?

More than likely

I think he'll make his move in January after the holidays.

Any bets?

I put a dollar on one year from today. I'll take the month of August, 2003.

I'll say that he will but he will end up having all the Middle East resent him.

Everyone in the Middle East hates us already they are blowing up people 3,000 at a time!

The administration is speaking louder and louder of Saddams Weapon's of Mass Destruction capabilities. If/when they have solid and concrete proof. Dubya will go to the Brits then to Egypt and Saudi. Once the world community sees the proof of capabilities, it may not be a coalition along the lines of the Gulf War, but it won't be a mission with the US being viewed as "Cowboys". Times are changing.

Shortly after the State Of The Union, a.k.a. the "Axis Of Evil" speech, I predicted we'd move on Iraq by Memorial Day. However, the Israeli/Palestinian conflict's resurgence seemed to shelve the plans temporarily. In retrospect, I'm sure the Bush Administration is kicking themselves for not doing it then, when they had political capital to burn and an overwhelming majority of public backing for such a move.

To counter-however the "however," however (confused yet?), the recent Administration push to explain the case for attacking Iraq makes me think we're going sooner and not later. And hey, it wouldn't hurt the Republicans in the midterm elections.

With the importance people of the Arab world put on dates and anniversaries if we do go into Iraq I hope the first bombs are dropped on 9/11. That would be a kick in the face to all those bastards over their that were partying and cheering in the streets when 9/11 happened.

Not if but when

I don't think it's a question of if but when. The military preparations are going on, as quietly as possible. Temporizing and even contradictory statements are emanating from the White House, but I think that's just because of the tremendous political opposition to the idea, both here and abroad.

The next few months will be very interesting.

We've been pushing for a war and pushing for another war and now we are going to get another war because all the politicians have backed themselves into a corner.

The Middle East will really hate his guts after this one. I know they do already but after this no one there will help him.

hmmmm a little disection... not all the politicians. There is a very big SILENCE in the Rep party that is as loud as the Dem opposition. GW and Cheney and Rumsfield are the loudest voices. They need to present evidence that will be recognized by the international community.

I believe there should be a larger interest in the Al Qaeda network that is in Southeast Asia and deal with Iraq when proof is there.

We are definitely going to war. The government is keeping mum as to when this is going to happen, but I think that 9/11 is a significant date.

My very special friend is in the Navy and he told me that next week, he will be leaving on duty. He can't tell me when he's leaving, where he's going and when he's coming back. :(

GW, Cheney and Rumsfield are slowly making their rounds. They're visiting the military bases in the country - don't know if it's public knowledge so I won't mention which bases. Oh wait, Rumsfield was seen at Camp Pendleton last Tuesday rallying the Marines there.
