we know he can't face being seen as a loser, let alone twice

will he drop out? i can't imagine it right now, thinking he'd more likely go with denial. again. It's so close to the election!

his campaign team are brazenly blaming the media's behaviour for the disaster at the journalists' Q&A:

Although the journalists on stage asked tough questions about Trump’s actual record, Patton accused them of “unhinged and unprofessional commentary directed toward President Trump” and claimed that “many media elites clearly want to see us remain divided.”

The statement, which can be read in its complete form below, ended with Patton predicting that what she called the “biased and rude treatment from certain hostile members of the media” will “backfire massively” and warned that “you would think that the media would have learned something from their repeat episodes of fake outrage ever since President Trump first came down the escalator in 2015, but some just refuse to ‘get it’”
the statement got expected social media blowback :)

he's saying Biden isn't old, lol

Trump Says Biden Wasn't 'Too Old' To Be President

"The special counsel, which is basically a special prosecutor, judged him to be essentially mentally incompetent with poor memory but a nice old guy," Trump stated. "He's not old. You know, 81 is not old. I have friends that are 95 that are... Bernie Marcus, founder of Home Depot, 95 years old, still sharp. I spoke to him the other day. I said, 'I think you're smarter now than you were 30 years ago.' I said what's going on?"

uh huh, trying to deflect the 'trump's too old' social media trend

The National Review, the influential conservative magazine, has described Donald Trump as "too old" and on course to lose the 2024 election.

"The Republican nominee is too dumb, too old, too racially obsessed, too erratic and idiosyncratic in what interests and stirs him," Geraghty wrote.

"The polls just evened up, and he's on pace to fumble away a presidential race

"And Trump thinks his best move before an African-American audience is to doubt whether she's really Black."

As noted by Geraghty, Harris has embraced being Indian and Black throughout her life, including attending Howard University, a historically Black university in Washington, D.C.

"Do you think that at age 17, in 1981 she chose Howard University because of its thriving Indian campus culture?" Geraghty wrote. "You think this is an argument that's going to move any votes into the Trump pile?"
Geraghty added that Trump's argument against Harris was "just as tone-deaf, racially obsessed, and presumptuous" as Biden telling African American voters "you ain't Black" if they were still deciding if they want to back him or Trump.

"Biden apologized; Trump probably never will,"
Geraghty said.
